If you are using the trigger "contact added to list" in your automation, but it is not sending out to subscribers added via import, it may not be set to send to imported contacts.
To fix this, you can check the setting used by clicking on the trigger.
If it is not set to run on imported contacts, you can pause the automation and edit the trigger to change that setting.
Don't forget to start the automation again once you're done.
