You may notice that some of your contacts have unsubscribed from your list when reviewing your campaign report.

Unsubscribed contacts will not receive any future campaigns from you and will not count against your subscriber limit. Unsubscribes are kept in your list so that you don't accidentally re-subscribe to them later.
